For 2 persons:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 goat cheese (optional but recommended)
  • 1 onion, or shallot
  • 1 box of cherry tomatoes, or 1 or 2 tomatoes
  • 5 cl of fresh cream (optional)
  • Chives and/or parsley (fresh is better), or provencal herbs
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
