Pain perdu

Literally translated as “lost bread.” A real French classic. French toast is perfect for a different breakfast or if you feel like eating something sweet and delicious during the day.

  • 1 whip or 1 fork
  • 1 oven or 1 pan
  • 1 oven plate (if you will use the oven)
  • 1 kitchen brush (optional)

For 2 persons:

  • 12 cl of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 35 g of sugar
  • 4 slices of bread of your choice (A bread a little hard who has few days, is ok as well). That’s why we call this recipe “Lost bread” 😉
  • cinnamon (optional)
